Job Title: Sales Manager at Shri Ram DevelopersResponsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets

- Negotiate with clients and brokers to close deals

- Build and maintain a strong network of brokers and real estate agents

- Keep updated with the latest real estate trends and market conditions

- Manage customer relationships through a CRM system

- Communicate effectively with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and campaigns

- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and client needs

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
