Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, creating and managing budgets, and maintaining customer relationships. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for analyzing sales data and implementing strategies to improve sales performance.

Qualifications

Education : Degree / B.tech / Inter with 1 year exp

Exp : Fresher / Experienced

  • Sales Management and Business Development skills
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Experience working with Sales and CRM software
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Strong Leadership and Team Management skills
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
