Company Description

Chakr Innovation is a team of engineers and innovators from IIT Delhi, who are dedicated to making energy production more sustainable and environment-friendly. Our first product addresses the problem of unrestrained emissions from diesel engine generators, particularly carbonaceous nano-sized matter (soot) that poses a significant risk to public health. The device we have developed absorbs over 80% of the particulate matter emitted by diesel engines, making the air cleaner and safer to breathe. Our company is located in Jammu and committed to making a difference with our innovative solutions.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role, located in Jammu. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, distributors, and stakeholders, as well as providing market insight and support to the company’s product development team.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Marketing skills, including experience in managing sales personnel and implementing sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
  • Understanding of the energy industry, preferably in the area of clean energy solutions
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
  • Experience in the diesel generator industry is a plus
  • Experience in the environmental sector is a plus
