Job Description
Responsible for Hubli branch and its territoriesExperience in Channel Sales.Candidate with Territory knowledge of pump and agriculture Industry is preferable.Proactively contribute to the formulation and direction of sales strategy, implement project and trials for the area.Achieve the sales target as allocated by the HO.
Support customer service activity and staff competence to optimise and sustain sales performance and customer satisfaction.Effectively manage the allocated budget in order to affect profitable performance for the area.Ensure that all branches adhere to compliance requirements.Clearly communicate and delegate to Branch Manager so that they remain well informed of targets.Achieve stock monitoring and control targets in line with company guidelines.Liaise with dealers, customers and branches for effective sales performance.Identify under-performing branches and develop a business plan to address and manage issues.Achieve successful results through coaching and training branch managers.Collate constructive feedback on Sales.Support Brand Management activities.
Develop effective network communication across the area to ensure shared knowledge.Encourage Manager to see continuously develop knowledge of competitor activity and local market conditions.Ensure full implementation of Induction Program of Branch Managers.
