We are looking for a Sales Officer Sr. Sales Officer who will be responsible for the overall sales performance of a team. The person will be required to train and support the teams in order to achieve the desired goals.

Experience: 5+ (FMCG Exposure)

Salary: 19K till 23K (In Hand) +TA+DA

Duties And Responsibilities For Sales Representative
  • The Sales Officer is responsible for the acquisition of new distributors retails in market.
  • Responsible for Team Target will be responsible for revenue generation through team.
  • Coordination with the teammates and if necessary, should work closely with the sales Rep. to generate max. revenue.
  • Discuss and set clear targets.
  • Candidate must be from FMCG Industry.
  • Ready to take challenges willing to learn new things.
  • SO will be reporting to ASM/AM.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Having experience in appointing retailers, mapping new retailer.
  • Should have handled team as well.
  • Having excellent command and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Experience in Handling coverage, Distribution, display range selling, Secondary and Primary sales objective in a reputed FMCG organization.
  • Strong geographical knowledge of the particular state.
  • Experience in FMCG Products (Non-Food)
