The Business Development Executive team contributes to the company’s growth by generating new opportunities for business. Our primary area of focus is to create relationships with customers and to enrich their experience with us.

Experience - 1-5 years (Preferably in fields such as banking, loans, telecom, or any other business sector)

Salary – Up to 4.5 lakhs per Annum Plus Incentives

Responsibilities and Duties - Regular field visits involve meetings with ideal clients to build, prospect, and qualify leads for addition to the sales funnel (Excel Sheet) Generate face-to-face Appoint and present and Explain our services as per customer Needs After the appointment, share the proposal and quotation with the client. And strong follow-up for the closure Once the client finalizes the service, receive the purchase order (PO), and then proceed with the payment process. Providing daily progress reports to the reporting authority. Contributing to the Monthly Sales and marketing plan. Actively work on marketing & sales instruments.

Preferred Skills and Job Requirements - ✓ Good command over English and Kannada, with proficiency in any other regional language, adds value ✓ Good command over Word, Power-point, Excel, Presentation Skill etc. ✓ Should understand client requirements & share with management team ✓ Prepare Proposal Templates/Quotes and fluent in negotiations for successful sales closures ✓ Candidate need to have Bike and Valid Licence to Drive
