Requirements

  • * Demonstrated success selling complex enterprise software solutions (SaaS preferred).
  • Ability to systematically solve problems and hypothesize possible customer point points, expectations, and implicit needs.
  • Ability to tailor communication to the customer’s needs with authority; effectively deliver presentations (demo) to all levels of client hierarchy , and strong oral/written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience using rational and emotional drivers that would appeal to customers to comfortably drive negotiation conversations in your favor.
  • Ability to identify the right customer stakeholders and build connections quickly to drive consensus for deals; work cooperatively with a wide range of internal stakeholders for deal success.
  • Hunter mentality with a relentless drive to achieve results; independent and self-directed, and takes initiative with minimal direction or supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple opportunities concurrently.
  • Effective Ideas for lead generation in the software development department.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

  • Demonstrating product or service to a prospective client.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
