We are looking for a qualified team leader to manage our team & provide effective guidance as you will be responsible for supervising, managing, and motivating the team on daily basis.
Job responsibilities:
1. Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture, setting clear team goals, delegating tasks, and setting deadlines for your internal team
2. Look after optimal functioning of all systems used like CRM and ERP
3. Daily monitor, guide, and assist sales team, help them achieve individual & group targets
4. Host Sales related free seminars and zoom webinars.
5. Check call recordings, sales call analytics and IVR system implementation.
6. Address team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
7. Create optimal capacity plans for the Sales team
8. You shall possess an analytical and optimization background to enable strategic workforce planning and strategic service initiatives planning
9. Constantly evaluate and introduce new tools to improve Sales Effectiveness and Customer experience
10. Manage the daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of performance via Key Performance Indicators
11. Coordinate with sales team & other stakeholders to analyze historical data and demand forecasts and build out headcount planning models for future growth
