Job Description:

Resilinc is looking for a Salesforce administrator/ data operations specialist with experience in Salesforce cloud

Responsibilities:

• The candidate should have experience as a Salesforce developer and providing customization, development, enhancement, and support for CRM Applications (Marketo, HubSpot)
• Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other marketing and sales automation applications via real-time, batch, sync / async.
• Perform day-to-day system maintenance and configuration of Salesforce and driving improvements and employing best practices.
• Manage day-to-day lead validation, lead assignment, and data clean-up activities.
• Manage all processes that impact / relate to Salesforce.com.
• Manage new releases of SFDC and efficiently roll out new features.
• Create and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns, and other salesforce.com objects and functions.
• Help improve data integration across the company, delivering data insights from other areas of the business (Sales Operations, Business Units, etc.) to influence development decisions.
• Maintain, enhance, and create workflows, functions, and configurations within the Salesforce.com environment.
• Develop, monitor, test, and optimize salesforce data performance and clean-up programs for all stages of the marketing and sales funnels.
• Build marketing automation programs that align with the lead lifecycle and sales processes.
• Manage processes that route leads to marketing and sales teams so that leads are handled appropriately.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with 3 to 5 years of Salesforce administration experience
• Must be a certified salesforce admin.
• 3+ years of conducting data analysis, interpreting results, and reporting findings
• The candidate should have working experience as a Salesforce developer providing customization, development, enhancement, and support for Saleforce.com and CRM applications like Marketo, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
• Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools including standard salesforce.com reporting functionality.
• Certified Salesforce.com Administrator; must be proficient in all common configuration tasks.
• Proficient in creating Syncing of workflows, automation, and nurturing campaigns between Salesforce and Marketo.
• Experience creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards.
• Expert in reporting and data representation skills.
