About the Role

Redaptive is seeking a Salesforce Developer to work closely with their growing software development team based in India. The Salesforce Developer will collaborate with Product Management and Software Development teams..


Redaptive is working at the forefront of the energy efficiency space, making innovative energy-metering IOT devices, leveraging a wide variety of best-in class IT products, and building custom software solutions to enable digital transformation.


Expectation on working hours will be roughly 3 pm 11 pm IST to align with USA mornings. These will be the same hours as the other software developers from India will work.


The position is for a Salesforce Developer who thinks outside the box and can push the limits.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications.
  • Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
  • Work though integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms.
  • Work to capture and resolve errors in data processing.
  • Meet with business representatives, product managers, and fellow Salesforce Admin/ Developer/Architect roles on a daily basis to communicate project status and pick up new tasks.
  • Document and track status of work in Jira.
  • Troubleshoot issues in implementation, including error handling and resolution.
  • Review work products with internal business users to understand successes and improvements needed in the tooling over time.

Must have skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in creating complex workflows, creating triggers and APEX development.
  • Development of visual-force pages and Lightning components.
  • Hands-on experience on Sales Cloud.
  • Experience in integration with other systems.
  • Experience in testing, implementing and maintaining applications.

Nice to have

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field such as Computer Science.
  • Experience working on Service Cloud or Community Cloud.
  • Experience with Jira.
  • Flexible to work between 3-11 PM IST.
