Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities
Provide functional and technical expertise to analyse, plan and design SAP solutions
Engage with business stakeholders to identify and define high level business requirements
Lead project teams in driving and delivering SAP solutions
Partner with business process owners to elicit and document functional requirements
Partner with business process owners and other technology groups to create foundational
artifacts (testing scripts, process documentation, training, etc.)
Collaborate with AMS service providers to ensure best practices are used to configure and
develop SAP solutions
Support business teams in all testing activities
Engage in incident resolution and data recovery
Work with business process owners to instil discipline in master data management
Participate in Incident Root Cause Analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions
Assist business teams with user acceptance testing requirements for existing and new SAP
systems and modules
Manage SLAs and KPIs with AMS
Serve as overall escalation point for all Tier 1 applications
Project Management as needed, participate as SME in projects as assigned
