Description:

The candidate should understand business processes and technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape and define/suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules.

The area of responsibility will be Finance and Controlling incl. Finance compliance.

Candidate would work on with international stakeholders

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate with 5-7 years of experience in an SAP Finance with 2 Years in S/4 Hana
• Experience in Accounting and Financial Close
• Should be able to handle the periodic Financial Operations such as year end, month end closings, corporate reporting,consolidation and Financial Audits
• Experience in Profitability analysis, basic controlling such as product costing
• Experience in Cost Management, Credit management,Payment processes,Invoicing and integration with tax agency.
• Experience on S/4 Hana on Prem and S/4 Hana Cloud
• Experience on understanding the process with Master data, General ledger,
• Well versed in CHange management aligning with Business standards

Nice to Have:

• Know how on Taxation rules
• Know on creating the testing scripts
• Experience in project management and SAP Activate methodology

Responsibilities

• Design and configure the solutions as per the requirements with good quality and performance.
• Understand business processes and technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape
• Define/suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules.
• Perform deep functional root cause analysis and performance improvement
• Work with different stakeholders and define the process as per the needed functionalities
• User acceptance testing on coordinating with all the users and keeping the status as per the timelines.
• Responsible for Data migration support by providing right details and uploading in the system upon coordination with stakeholders
• Training the key users on the change management processes.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills as required to engage customers on requirements and delivery.

• Able to work proactively with all the stakeholders upon understanding the end to end project life cycle in a collaborative manner

• Good problem solving and analytical skills

• Customer facing skill. Worked with European customers
