JD of Junior SAP ABAP Consultant

  • Competent, experienced and possessing expertise in working on development of SAP reports, forms, workflow, auto-mail generation and integration with Google mail and Microsoft Office mail, interface, conversion, enhancements, module pool, PDF development, LSMW, BDC, BAPI, BADI, user exits, other exits, SAP Notes implementation, run time error resolution, error resolution in programs developed by other developers, managing development of complex scenarios multiple and integrated requirements on the above portions of development.
  • Develop and implement technical specifications
  • Understand functional specifications, preparing technical specifications
  • Develop and implement Program Objects
  • Perform unit testing
  • Support other forms of testing
  • Support functional consultants in designing solutions for the gaps identified
  • 1 to 4 years of experience as a SAP Technical Consultant or similar role
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in SAP ECC 6.0 or SAP S/4 HANA
  • Knowledge and experience of delivering projects in Waterfall or Agile framework
  • Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with SDLC Methodologies like ASAP
  • SAP Certifications is preferred, not mandatory
  • Work experience in SAP ECC environment
  • SAP S/4 HANA experience is preferred, not mandatory
  • Bachelors Degree is required
  • Knowledge of SDLC cycle
  • HR ABAP experience preferred in addition to normal ABAP skills
  • Very good debugging skills
  • Knowledge of SAP ABAP best practices is required
  • Job location: Ahmedabad
  • Travel to Lunsapur factory and other locations may happen for short-term
  • Should be mobile to travel out of office based on company requirements
