We have been informed of instances where jobseekers are led to believe of fictitious job opportunities with Deloitte India (“Deloitte”). In one or more such cases, false promises of actual or potential selection, or initiation or completion of the recruitment formalities appear to have been or are being made. Some jobseekers appear to have been asked to pay money to specified bank accounts of individuals or entities as a condition of their selection for a ‘job’ with Deloitte. These individuals or entities are in no way connected with Deloitte and do not represent or otherwise act on behalf of Deloitte.

We would like to clarify that:

Senior Analyst, Career Level 3, CFO Program, Executive Accelerators

The US CFO Program is a strategic growth platform for Deloitte LLP (“Deloitte”) to execute its vision "to be recognized as the pre-eminent advisor to the CFO." The CFO Program aims to enhance Deloitte’s CFO market position by focusing on the specific challenges, needs and demands CFOs face, and equipping our Deloitte colleagues to build and sustain meaningful relationships with CFOs and senior finance executives of key clients and target clients. The CFO Program accomplishes this through an outstanding portfolio of initiatives and offerings, training curriculum, points of view, market information, and service solutions.

As a CFO Program Sr. Analyst, you will work with a team of cross-functional professionals and Management Development Program (MDP) individuals within the Center of Excellence (COE) to assist with execution of various tasks within the CFO Program.
Work you’ll do

As a CFO Program Sr. Analyst in the US CFO Program you will work with a team of cross-functional professionals and Management Development Program (MDP) individuals within the Center of Excellence (COE) to assist with execution of various tasks within the CFO Program strategic offerings.
  • Perform research and support CFO-centric eminence throughout the CFO Program
  • Work on ad hoc research, data analysis, and reporting projects, by being able to take out inferences from data sets and translate data into to summaries using MS Excel
  • Maintain Salesforce
o Maintain up-to-date entries in Salesforce to reflect accurate records across all offerings
o Run reports for periodic updates and ad hoc requests
o Create dashboards for reporting
o Be accountable for Salesforce being our one source of truth for the Program
  • Coordinate with the team in capturing value/impact inputs (testimonials, quotes, quals) to demonstrate the impact of the Program
  • Apply requested changes from senior leaders to update the invitation lists and the Salesforce databases
  • Provide operational support utilizing Deloitte Survey Tool, Salesforce, SharePoint, & other firm resources
  • Spearhead and implement automation of distributions of mailers or any such related tasks
  • Liaison, communicate, and work directly with some senior leaders by being able to articulate and augment the sharing of information that’s clear, concise, and relevant to the audience
  • Work on tight deadlines and agreed SALs
  • Provide recommendations for improved and enhanced business efficiency
  • Demonstrate innovate mindset by being able to provide value added suggestions and/or alternate ways of doing things
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications. Intermediate MS Excel skills are preferred
  • Creating a deep understanding of the CFO and the senior finance leadership agenda, corresponding challenges and how Deloitte addresses them
  • Build relationship with key stakeholders and provide regular progress reporting to internal stakeholders.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to dynamics of the process and practice professional behavior at work
  • Work effectively with all team members with active knowledge development and sharing best practices, to achieve common team goals.
  • Be able to coordinate with disparate resources, and work with people from multiple countries and cultures
  • Fully comply with all applicable policies of the Deloitte U.S. Firms; always maintain confidentiality, as we deal with highly confidential client information for all our clients for which Transition Labs are done
  • Effective listening skills and attention to detail

Skills required:
Advanced MS Office – MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word and MS Teams
Secondary research - Develop executive biographies through secondary resources from web, LinkedIn, company websites, Google, or any other as research demands
Basic editing and proofreading – Foundational understanding on editing and proofing documents with content is a plus
Basic reporting and analysis
Knowledge of SharePoint e-room support, and Salesforce records updates is an advantage (Basic use and functionality)
Adept at problem-solving and troubleshooting
Good with verbal and written communication skills
Good with presentation skills
Good with client management and relationship building abilities
Good with eye to detail
Capable of quickly, regularly, and independently learning new technologies under the pressure of consistent high-profile project deliverables
Self-motivated and strong team player. Highly developed personal and professional ethics

Preferred skills:
Deloitte experience/ experience in a professional services firm
Experience working or supporting top management
Problem solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Familiarity with SharePoint, Salesforce and MS-Office applications (Word, PPT, Excel, and Teams)
Experience in writing client stories and to draw meaningful insights from the raw data
Knowledge of managing finance/data management applications, such as Tableau, is an advantage

Professional qualifications, work location and timings

Any Graduation Degree
Professional qualification (reputed institutes preferred): MBA or Master’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Engineering or related field
0 - 3 years of relevant experience
Work location: Hyderabad
Work timings: 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm
