This role is responsible for providing 24x7(3rd Level) support for all the business applications and enterprise systems. The Person in this position will be familiar with most asset type and will be providing 3rd level support for most of the issues. S/he will be working with Strategic Project Office team on business level projects from application Support side. S/He will help to prepare training documents for the team on new applications/Software and strategies. S/He will function as the quality coordinator of the team and will be working on KWI, LEAN and other quality initiative. S/he will also provide monthly report of the team.

Functional Responsibilities- Advanced Technical Analyst duties handle production release; work with SFO and Pune automation team on projects, Research and troubleshoot critical issues, Prepare and submit RCA report, responsible for handling business issues in 3rd Party Applications.

Domain Expert Familiar with most Asset Types, Understands System Trade Flow of most instruments traded by (and has a desire to learn about other instruments), Should have In depth technical as well as business knowledge of Trade ops, data management, portfolio management and other investment management applications

Transitions facilitator- The individual will be responsible for helping to communicate with the onshore for all existing & new tasks training and procedure documentation. She/he will be working closely alongside the Team Lead and with the onshore counterparts to determine the requirements and have it documented. Potential to assist with professional & courteous training in the team by walking junior team member through all the autosys jobs, business applications and different trade flows

Exposure to the organizational structure of investment banks. Supporting various trading applications and platforms.(eg: Autosys, CRD, Pace)

Flexible to work in 24/7 shifts, it includes long term in Night shifts

Min 5+ years of experience, Preferably in Finance domain.
