Responsibilities


  • Participate in envisioning the overall academic strategy of the University and coordinate with various stake-holders in execution of aforesaid strategies.

  • Develop the academic proposition for the program, including program structure, curriculum design, and pedagogy - in close coordination with founders, academics and program directors.

  • Develop, implement and monitor day to day operational systems and processes towards successful running of the program

  • Think of innovative ways to constantly improve the program structure.

  • Be the face for Student and Faculty engagement

  • Be the voice of the program while working with internal teams

  • Develop pitch documents for stake-holders as needed.


Skills


  • Ability to synthesize vast information to distill insight and translate into a final product.

  • Creativity and going beyond analogy and best practices.

  • Ability to structure complex ambiguous problems and conduct a high-quality analysis.

  • Good writing skills (slide decks, reports, emails).

  • Strong communication skills and able to engage with a diverse set of stakeholders.


Attributes


  • Fresh graduates or people with 2-3 years of work experience will be considered.

  • Self-driven with strong ownership and the ability to work with limited guidance.

  • Flexibility in a start-up environment with a dynamically changing scope of work and with a willingness to stretch to meet project deliverables across various workstreams.

  • A team player ready to step up as needed to support overall project requirements.


Location


The role will be based out of Mohali, Punjab.
