Position Description

Skill - Business Analyst - End to End Customer Centric and Resource Management

Experience

- 5 to 8 years

Notice Period - 30 days max

Location - Bangalore

Your Future Duties And Responsibilities
  • Define and implement Skills & Capabilities required with in Fleet SOM from 2021 to 2024 due to COMO transformation and skill addition due to S4F - Business, Technical, Process, Leadership for Fleet SOM, Adopt DILO
  • Generate Org Structure with R&R of each role for As-IS, , interim, to be org structure
Alignment with E2E Customer Journey
  • Articulate, document & Facilitate Change in org stru from now to desired org str
  • Communicate with all stakeholders & to elicit, analyze and validate the requirements for changes to business processes, information systems, and policies.
  • Generate plan in moving an organization toward efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Understand what business does and how it does
  • Determine how to improve existing business processes
  • Identify the steps or tasks to support the implementation of desired SFS org & skills
  • Design the new features to implement
  • Analyze the impact of implementing new features
  • Implement the transformation plan to reshape Organization and Skills within Fleet SOM
Required Qualifications

To Be Successful In This Role
  • Analytical skills- An outstanding analytical skill will separate out a good business analyst. A good part of BA role includes basics of business analysis, analyzing data, workflow, user or stakeholders’ inputs, documents, etc.
  • Business process and planning- Planning the project scope, understanding and implementing requirement of project, identifying resources required for the project. Knowledge on Retail & Fleet space is desirable
  • Technical skill- Few technical aspects are expected to know like operating systems, hardware capabilities, database concepts, networking, SDLC methodology, etc.
