Business Analyst / Proxy Product Owner
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work and communicate effectively with various disciplines of Technical and non-Technical background
  • Strong understanding and practice of agile software development life cycle processes
  • Strong technical and problem-solving aptitude and highly experienced in Eliciting Requirements, Designing, Testing and Deploying software.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to help the Development teams and Product team find the right balance towards a solution that works for the Users
  • The ability to show personal initiative and take ownership of deliverables while maintaining good relationship with external stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Geosciences or related engineering discipline with strong technical and scientific programming experience.
  • Can demonstrate experience in the development of software for Upstream in the Oil & Gas industry
  • Ideally, has a strong understanding of Geology, Exploration Business and Petroleum Systems Analysis
