Description:

This position is focuses on end to end experience with CI/CD pipelines from development through production of the client agent service on a cloud platform. As we operate on cross-functional Agile Scrum teams, some level of full stack application development experience and interest is highs desired.

Responsibilities
  • Perform analysis and make recommendations in areas that require a high level of technical competency in the DevOps space.
  • Assist with plans for development and QA to effectively utilize CI/CD pipelines and cloud based, potentially containerized platforms and infrastructures.
  • Collaborate on estimates of work effort for all feature and user stories as a team DevOps subject-matter expert.
  • Provide technical and cultural training, guidance, and resource support for all departmental staff in the DevOps area.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in CI/CD pipelines
  • Software development experience/full stack development
  • Deploying, automating, maintaining and managing client deployment from development to production
  • Docker, Kubernetes, virtualization, vSphere
  • Networking
  • C# and Scripting (Python, Bash, Powershell, etc)
  • Linux OS proficiency
  • Ansible, Chef, Puppet – with Puppet preferred
  • Jira, Jenkins, GIT proficiency

Considerations
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.)
