  • Team: DIWID7 (DI Mechanical Team)
  • Open Position: Senior Engineer for Tolerance analysis
  • YoE: 3 to 5 Years
  • Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical, Automobile)
  • Skill set:
  • Product: Transmission, Chassis, Electric Motor, Power electronic Components.
  • Tools: 1D/2D Stack up (With Excel / any tools), 3D Stack up (CeTOL Tool), Creo 4.0, Intralink/Windchill.

    Your Profile :
    Description:
  • 1.This position is for DIQ team, central R&D division, Central quality team. Having good working experience on tolerance analysis. Need to understand internal customer/counter partner requirements and deliver required result. Required product knowledge of transmission, Electric motor, chassis system. Knowledge of power electronics having advantage.
  • Candidate having good knowledge about 1D/2D/3D tolerance stack up methods.
  • Having good GD&T understanding as per ASME, ISO standards
  • Good in Unilateral / Bilateral (1D/2D) tolerance methods.
  • For 3D stack up required good knowledge of CeTOL tool.
  • Good knowledge of Designing/manufacturing process having advantage.
  • Creo4.0 and Intralink/Windchill.
  • Good team player, Flexibility to work on Stack up as well as Detail design support.
  • Good in communication verbal/writing.
  • German language having advantage.
