1. Should have working Experience on CNC Turning, VMC, Induction hardening, Grinding, Welding robotics & SPM Machines for assembly lines based on the FANUC & Mitsubishi & Omron control.

2. Have Good Experience & Knowledge of PLC Programming (Omron & Mitsubishi) & Screen creation On HMI.

3. Be Able to Prepare Preventive & Predictive maintenance Schedule & Check sheet and carryout the PM as per schedule.

4. Person can do the Editing in OMRON PLC & HMI as per the sequence Requirement & countermeasure implementation.

5. Person can solve the problems related to Repeated& major breakdowns by Why-Why Analysis & Kaizen.

6. Have Knowledge of Documentation on IATF 16949 & ISO 14000 system.

7. Troubleshooting Knowledge of Pneumatic & Hydraulic circuit.

8. Supervise the team member during shift, repair and Maintenance activity.
