Roles and Responsibilities

  • Initiate Quality Improvement ( Kaizen, Poka-yoke)
  • Proven track records on quality improvements
  • Root cause analysis for Customer complaint & Action taken
  • Manpower handling ( Should have managed team of quality inspectors)
  • Rejection reduction
  • Handling Customer Audit
  • Understand and apply the statistical tools



Desired Candidate Profile


  • Proficient in IATF16949 Quality System requirements
  • Good knowledge on Manufacturing process (Casting, Machining, Sheet metal Forming, Forging, Plastics, Electrical)
  • Strong knowledge on Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
