Roles and Responsibilities

Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparation.
Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparations.
Preparation of Tender synopsis, Search tender efficiently and participate in them within the due date
Attend Pre-Bid Meeting with government organizations and making a good relationship with them.
Perform Pre-Bid site survey for collecting the existing technical and commercial site data.
Supervise the preparation of the technical-commercial and financial bids.
Maintain the records of bids and tender and bid opening results.
Project Co-ordination, Strategies for win tender.
Prepare Purchase orders and follow-up for timely execution within the time stipulation.
Followup Payment realization, Agreement and performance bank guarantee submission and realization of EMD Etc.
