Position - Senior Executive - Client servicing and Sales

Department - CSD ( Client Servicing Division)

Job Type - Field Sales Job

Eligibility Criteria -

70% in class 10th and 12th.

55% in Graduation.

1 year+ experience.

MBA fresher can apply.

CTC offered - 3- 5 LPA

Job Summary:

1.Servicing existing clients

2. Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by generating revenue from existing

paid members.

3. Responsible for client retention, per client revenue optimization & renewals with their team

4. Keep a close track of work in process, customer complaints and accounts receivables.

5.Monitoring and analysis of key data of the region allocated including sales figures,sales personnel, productivity ratios, client’s work status, and receivables

6. Accurately forecasts weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue streams

7. Collecting market feedback and provide periodic updates to the management for formulation of policy & strategy.

Knowledge:

1. Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as: Seek Opportunity, Rapport building, selling on emotion, ownership, building value in the product, and selling.

2. Keen understanding of the business and technical contexts in which key accounts are situated.
