Payroll Executive

Qualification: Any Graduate(Only Male Preferred)

Experience: Min 3 Years

Location: Faridabad/ballabhgarh

Industry Preferred: Any Manufacturing Sector preferably heavy machinery/Automotive Industry



Key responsibilities:

1. Should have worked in Factory time Office.

2. Knowledge of ESI/PF ECR and other statutory Compliances

3. Have basic knowledge of payroll calculation and Attendance Processing

4. Honours confidentiality of employees’ pay records

5. Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.

6 Basic Knowledge of Factory Administration



Key Skill Sets

1. Analytical Skills

2. Proficient in Ms. Excel (Especially V lookup, Countif, pivot Table and other calculation Tools), MS Word etc.

3. Email Writing and Web search Skills

4. Should be open to travel Locally as and when required(Like Bank/Pf/ESI office etc.)
