Sr. Executive – Legal (Real Estate)

 Drafting, vetting of legal documents related to real estate project.

 Coordinate with solicitors/advocates for land title investigation, records

inspections and documentation.

 Resolve any legal queries of bankers, buyers, sellers, etc.

 Maintain detailed indexed legal records

 Follow up with government bodies/agencies or with liaisoning consultants to

secure necessary approvals

 Reviewing & vetting the agreements like development agreement, lease

agreement, sale agreement, leave and license agreement, lease agreement,

affidavit cum declaration, power of attorney, Deed drafting, Allotment

Letter, Booking form.

 Having prima facie knowledge of Property Title, memorandum of

understanding, partnership deed, conveyance deed, indemnity bonds,

undertakings, Transfer Deed.

 Represent and briefing of legal matters to Council, Advocates & Solicitors.

 Legal correspondences, day to day legal support to other department of the

company

 Keep records of all the cases not limited to tracking of court cases &

agreements, legal compliance, checklist etc.

 Preparing written statements, affidavits, written agreements for cases

 Handling the course from society formation to handing over of each project

Requirements

 Minimum 4-7 years of work experience specifically in Projects

 Knowledge of drafting banakhat (agreement to sell), dastavej (sale deed) and

other related documents of real estate projects

 Prior experience complying with RERA requirements in real estate projects

 Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel and Word)

 Fluent with verbal and written English.

 Demonstrated a strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

  • Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
