Key roles and responsibilities:


  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Assist for R&D and commercial Packaging development activities for cost optimization & production goals.
  • Understand procurement challenges in Packaging and the impact in business
  • Work, control and report progress of packaging development to ensure that delivery is timely delivery, quality and cost efficient and implementation of Best practices.
  • Maintain right supply with the coordination of respective plant people
  • Continuous updating of packaging materials and testing methods and other market trends.
  • Identify opportunities for packaging development and implementing developed projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure packaging developed meets specification needs. For all type of products (liquids, Semi Solids and Solids products packed in flexible, and rigid packaging.
  • Continuous updating of packaging materials and testing methods and other market trends.
  • Troubleshooting and development activity related to Packaging at design and execution level.

Key Candidate:


  • Strong communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels locally and internationally.
  • Good exposure to PLM tools such as siemens or other PLM tools dedicated to packaging life cycle management
  • Be required to resolve all packing related issues.
  • Self driven and able to handle or work with teams
  • In-depth Knowledge on Packing Materials include Flexible / Laminates /Cartons / Pet Bottles/ Sustainable materials and formats etc..
