Desired Candidate Profile:
- Managing employee records as per SOP requirements.
- Soft skills and Behavioral skills.
- Good inter personal skills, matured in dealing with situations and people.
- Ensuring that all HR processes are compliant meeting Audit requirements.
- Good exposure in Head Hunting.
- Hand on experience of working on various job portals.
- Salary Negotiation and Onboarding.
- Maintaining end to end Recruitment process.
- Handling the employee separation process (off-boarding formalities, termination, team transfers and entity transfers).
- Having sound knowledge of Statutory Compliance.
- Maintaining Attendance Records.
- Getting Quarterly Evaluations done within TAT.
- Getting Appraisals done.
- Organizing regular Employee Engagement Activities.
- Must be a Team Player and should be able to prioritize the work.
Qualification/Skills:
- Must be comfortable with overlapping shift.
- Minimum required Experience: 1 Year.
- Shift: Night/Overlapping.
- Must have a good exposure in MS Office.
Salary no bar for right candidate.
