1) Experience in End- End IT Recruitment (Domestic).

2) Experience about Job Portals/ Mailing & Other Social Media.

3) Should have Experience & Knowledge about Recruitment Process. (Sourcing).

4) Experience on C2H positions.

Profile of a desirable candidate

1) Excellent communication skills

2) Should have strong knowledge on end to end recruitment.

3) Should have strong knowledge on various sourcing strategies

Looking for candidates who are ardent about recruitment, who can hunt beyond job sites, have done domestic IT hiring, and can join within 15 days.
