Responsibilities Qualifications

Specifically, you will

  • Oversee all Project Management activities for all Contract review projects associated with CLM migrations and due-diligence support.
  • Handle resource deployment tracker for ongoing and new projects.
  • Provide SME support/guidance/oversight on multiple Contract review projects.
  • Support in building capabilities and retain talent.
  • Overseeing all aspects of delivery of Contract support services as per the committed SLAs to customers and providing excellent customer experience.
  • Track and communicate status, escalations, and resolutions to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate for invoicing of projects.
  • Manage a team of lawyers to deliver Contract review projects associated with CLM migrations and due-diligence support.
  • Strategically assess and manage team’s performance and growth aspirations.
  • Motivate team members.
  • Work on pre-sales activities for projects directly with Managing Director, which will include:
  • Drafting of Proposals/SOW for new opportunities.
  • Providing consultation to customer on metadata attributes.

Experience

  • 10 years and above of relevant experience in substantive transactional contracts support, including reviewing and interpreting commercial contracts including procurement, sales agreements, NDAs, software license agreements, other commercial agreements with minimum of 5 years of project management experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
  • Proficiency in working on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools.
  • Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Law graduate with strong academics from reputed institute recognized by Bar Council of India.
  • LLM will be an added advantage.
