Senior Manager – CRM (Real Estate)

Experience: 8–12 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the CRM team and ensure seamless customer experience post-sales.
  • Oversee agreement execution, payment tracking, and possession processes.
  • Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Coordinate with sales, accounts, and projects teams.
  • Maintain reports and improve CRM systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / MBA with strong real estate CRM experience.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
