  • Job Profile Responsibilities:
  • Lead the quality team ensuring all the set standards are compiled for the internal processes.
  • Collaborate with the line managers to execute and implement a standard operating procedure for all the processes.
  • Ensure the processes defined are adhered, and the quality of the product is meeting the end requirements as specified by the engineering and customer requirements. Set the acceptance criteria and limit samples for products.
  • Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plan.
  • Conduct process audits internally and external supplier audits.
  • Implement all quality standards and systems within the stipulated time frame.
  • Provide training to the team on quality systems and processes. Conceptualize, develop, and implement continuous improvement programs, quality circle and operational excellence tools.
  • Manage all customer audits ensuring successful completion.
  • Develop and manage vendor performance metrics and audits.
  • Track the performance metrics from the MIS and initiate necessary actions to mitigate or resolve any issues as applicable.
