Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Order Management

In this role, we are looking for a strong Operation lead with extensive knowledge of Order management skill and should led a team with a size of 40-50 people. You will be responsible for end to end accounting and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

  • Participate and lead in Weekly & Monthly process review/ governance meetings with partners – Sales / GBS / Internal leaders
  • Experience of being responsible for the team size of 40 + FTE’s
  • Work with sales/GBS help fixing process upstream downstream issues
  • Assess/Develop/Deploy standard methodologies for improvement of AR/ working capital and decreased write off’s
  • Drive transformation, standard methodologies’ framework, case studies, benchmarking for making processes more efficient and effective
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation (Lean and Six Sigma projects), good to have lean and six sigma certified
  • Participate in governance meetings at country/region level; closely work with the team and ensure right collaboration with the team members accurately to meet the results and empower & help them to develop the process standards
  • Prior experience of some automation / tool deployment

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • Supervisory/ management level experience in Credit & Collections, preferably in a CPG organization.
  • Ability to perform accounting and financial calculations
  • Strong financial analytical skills and problem solving skills.
  • Effective communicate in writing and verbally to senior management.
  • Experience in order management and OTC in industries like FMCG, metal, aerospace, automotive etc.
  • Hands on experience in various order management activities, i.e; order entry in ERP system, accepting orders based on capacity, providing promise date etc.
  • Confirmed understanding of any of the ERP & TMS systems like SAP, ORACLE, etc.
  • Experience in balancing customer facing role and work assessments.
  • Self-starter and have analytical, problem solving skills
  • Large team stabilizing experience
  • Ability to balance customer governance meetings

Preferred qualifications

  • Excellent analytical demeanor, problem solving and organization skills
  • Resources from OTC domain and worked on SAP ERP- preferably Dispute Management.
  • Good understanding of upstream and downstream of Collection/Exceptions/ Dispute process.
  • Overall candidate should have problem solving, macro-level research and analytics approach and good in numbers.
  • Good people and customer handling skills.
