- Job Responsibilities:-

- Writing sales scripts and customer answer sheets

- Training junior Telesales staff

- Implementing sales strategies

- Managing the Telesales team

- Identifying team’s performance gaps and initiate actions towards operational issues Attendance, productivity Quality, etc.

- Growth in sales month-on-month - plan and Performance VS Sales Targets for the upcoming month and continually grow sales.

- The focus of the Call Quality score of team members and drive the best satisfaction.

- Setting weekly and monthly sales targets

- Maintaining customer relationships

- Compiling and presenting sales reports

Job Requirements- :-

- Experience in Telesales preferred

- Strong managerial and sales skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Experience of leading a sales team successfully

- Ability to write and present reports

- Strong organizational skills

Required Candidate profile

Required Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales or a related field

Job Insights :

- Candidates from the hotel industry preferred.

- Require candidates only from Agra (Nearby locations can also be considered like Mathura or Native of Agra).
