Senior Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

This position will be responsible to analyze customer buying behaviour and industry trends, by evaluating customer feedbacks on products and services. The incumbent will also provide support to the product and marketing team in execution of various projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• 
  Establish sound understanding of the market and key trends

• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to define its strategy to market

• Manage product roadmaps, product lifecycle, pricing and launch process to ensure we increase our market share position

• Manage marketing vendors record effectively, from creating their profile in system to managing their regular orders and payment process.

• Participate and support ZimVie in running marketing campaigns in industry and company events which help to promote ZimVie

• Identify new opportunities, service improvements and cost reductions of the products

• Regularly speak to customers for feedback

• Lead the annual pricing process by driving the project timeline, direct individual responsibilities and format product information.

• Compile project status, risk management and marketing reports on a regular basis

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing preferred.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing

• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner

• Strong attention to detail; ability to multi-task and balance competing priorities

• Ability to maintain strong customer relations and provide product support

• Knowledge of medical device business including the science, the products (ZimVie and competitors), research and commercialization process, manufacturing, marketing, and sales.
