Take ownership in compliance and Liasioning for development of healthy industrial environment.Main Responsibilities:



  • Establish and maintain constructive relationships between all stakeholders.
  • Monitor internal labour relations trends and promotes employees’ engagement schemes.
  • Facilitate smooth work culture & enforce discipline among all blue-collar employees.
  • Timely attention to employees’ grievance and address them carefully.
  • Identify needs for change and play an important role in implementation of processes/ policies, as needed.
  • Should be familiar with regular statistical and management reports like Attrition rate, Absenteeism trend, Sickness frequency etc and take proper measures.
  • Strong liaison with local govt. departments and ensure statutory compliances are in place.
  • Preparation of MIS, Compliance tracker, manpower reports.
  • To encourage provision of employee welfare amenities, and benevolent scheme.
  • Bridge management & employee relations by addressing demands, grievances & other issues.
  • To advise the factory management on questions relating to training of new starters, apprentices, workers on transfer and promotion. instruction and supervision and control of notice board and information bulletin to further education of employees.
  • Maintaining complete life cycle of blue-collar employees.
To Succeed



  • Diploma or degree recognized by the State Government for appointment as a Welfare Officer.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of working experience as a Welfare officer.
  • Sound knowledge on statutory compliance pertaining to various labour legislations and IR.
  • Excellent networking & influencing skills.
  • A high level of computer skills is essential.
  • Strong knowledge and exposure of recruitment of blue-collar employees.
