Job Specifications:

Should be able to manage multiple teams and stakeholder(s)
Hands on experience in managing Utilities BPS operations
Exposure in managing new business transitions
Focus on high standard for productivity, quality, improvements and implementation of defined user guidelines.
Well versed with MS Office especially with Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent Presentation & Documentation skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Eye for details and target oriented person
Should be motivated and self -starter
Six sigma certification will be an added advantage

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree
At least 5 years of experience in managing a team of 50 - 60 FTEs in the Utilities BPS
Expertise in managing Street Works/Smart Metering/Field metered billing exceptions will be preferred
