Looking out for a technical recruiter with 3-5 years of sound experience in IT hiring.
- Should be well versed with the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Can deliver results under pressure.
- Good with stakeholder management, vendor management, and the ability to work cross-functionally with other departments.
- Has an eye for finding the right profile within the stipulated SLA’s.
- Excellent communication skills, written skills, and good with dashboards, analytics and MIS reports.
Location: Noida (WFH until the office reopens)
Education: Preferably a B.Tech OR Any graduation+MBA/PGDM
