What you’ll be doing

  • Responsible for lateral hiring majorly for technical requirements
  • Handling end to end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordinating, etc)
  • Should be able to do close follow up with the candidates
  • Should have strong communication
  • Should be confident enough to handle multiple requirements
  • Strong knowledge on MS Excel, PPT
  • Have to coordinate with department manager to close the position
  • Handling recruitment related issues & solving on time
  • Preparing & maintaining recruitment reports
  • Should be a Multi-tasker
