Roles and Responsibilities

  • Will play a key role in developing & executing research initiatives, reports that support our client’s businesses objectives
  • You will support the Client Strategy team in the U.S. through research reports and other outputs. Perform industry and customer research, including competitive analyses, annual trend reports & support new business pitches
  • Should be able to translate data from multiple sources into comprehensive insights that drive marketing strategy
  • Developing detailed research reports across a range of verticals (e.g. retail & consumer goods, high tech, financial services)
  • Creating briefs to support strategy development across multiple business and marketing challenges
  • Developing proficiency with a range of research tools across different marketing channels (e.g. search, email, display)
  • Interfacing with US-based team to understand project requirements and present research outputs
  • Tracking developments in the research space & across specific tools, to identify new opportunities for the Client Strategy team
  • Should be able to manage multiple projects and priorities to align with client strategic objectives and roadmap

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in market research i.e. primary and secondary research
  • Experience translating data analysis into actionable presentations
  • Good at both analytical and strategic mindset
  • Ability to compile, assess & synthesize data from various sources
  • Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Prior experience working with international clients
