Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Engineer based in Itanagar, with flexibility for some remote work. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for technical support, sales engineering, communication, sales, and customer service. The Senior Sales Engineer will close the sales, as well as customers, to understand their requirements, offer technical solutions, present product demonstrations, and close deals.

Qualifications
  • Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills in EPIROC & CP
  • Excellent Communication skills to convey technical information to customers at various levels of understanding
  • Proven Sales skills, with demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets and generating leads
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Construction and Mining industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in the Sales and Marketing of heavy machinery or industrial equipment is a plus
  • Experience with CRM and Sales Automation software is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to understand and manage complex deals
