Key Skills:

• BSC/MSC Agriculture /Horticulture
• Have Experience in similar fields such as Seeds/Fertilizers/Micro nutrients/Pesticides industries.
• Skills of Urban and Rural marketing / Knowledge of Farming Practices
• Experience in marketing of agriculture.
• Knowledge in Product development and Product Demonstration.
• Business generation from Retail Sales.
• Responsible for Channel sales- Distributor and Dealer management.
• Computer knowledge Excel /MS office /PowerPoint for daily basis reporting.
• Ensure monthly targets and forecast reports to send to the Management, Preparing management level reporting on performance, needs and forecasts.
• Should be able to coordinate with the Department Heads and Management and work together to achieve the goals of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Developing strategy for business to make division as profit center
• Develop Distributors /Dealers and Retailers network in various towns.
• Self driven and result oriented.
• Able to meet with Farmers and give them proper knowledge of our Product.
• Product demonstration is mandatory for quick response of Business from each and every village of a allotted area.
• Able to create goals that comply with the attainment of the business overall objectives and strives to meet and exceed these goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
