ABOUT THE JOB

As a member of our Site Reliability Engineering Team, you will build Reliable, Secure & Scalable Cloud & On Premise Infrastructure that will run Big Data Workflow and Client Facing Applications. With their expertise and experience in building out Cloud and Data Center leveraging Infrastructure as Code, you will be closely working with projects during the Development and Operational phases.

ROLE DETAILS

This role requires a clear understanding of Cloud / Infrastructure Management.

• Deploying and maintaining infrastructure as code

• Contribute to the migration of traditional Infrastructure assets to Infrastructure as code

• Support the release flow from development to production. Manage environments using CI/CD tools and methodologies.

• Participate in On-call support. Provide first line technical support of multiple production and non-production environments. Assist in ensuring global availability of all services.

• Provide development support. Engage with Agile team meetings and processes. Evangelise and Promote DevOps / SRE practices. Actively participate in Project Initiatives to contribute into Product Development, Architecture, Testing & Release Process.

• Provide leadership / Mentorship for the Cloud / Infrastructure Engineers

• Work with Security Experts to address vulnerabilities and security concerns.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• 
  Bachelor / Masters in Engineering

• 10-15 years Managing Cloud & Data Centre & Product deployment

• Exposure to AWS, Docker / Kubernetes, Shell Scripting, Python, Chef / Puppet / Ansible, CloudFormation / Terraform, Hadoop, Linux

• Should have worked towards building Infrastructure as code / Infrastructure Automation / DevOPS. Experience as a Site Reliability Engineer would be a plus.

• Excellent communication skills.
