You will be responsible for creating end-to-end websites and work directly with clients and suggest appropriate solutions for web/app development. If you are a problem solver and love “building” interactive websites, this profile is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Able to handle standalone projects on CMS-based development.
  • Experience working in WordPress at a PHP code level.
  • Experience in building E-Commerce Websites and handling them.
  • Grasp of HOOKS concepts in WordPress.
  • Knowledge of code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, and SVN.
  • Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
  • Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
  • Experience buildinguser interfaces for websites and/or web applications
  • Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
  • Comfortable working with clients and resolving maintenance issues
  • Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
  • Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
  • Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages.
  • Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
  • Knowledge of SEO( on-page & off-page) and appropriate content placement.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools {{such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial}}
  • Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.
  • You will be responsible for producing high-quality code/software/web app in PHP, MySQL, jQuery, AJAX, HTML/CSS, and other open-source web technologies/packages per project requirements
  • Experience of seamless integration of frontend to the back-end functionality
  • Building WordPress CMS websites using the best practice & de-facto standard plugins

Requirements

  • EXPERIENCE: 3+years of relevant work experience
  • Proven work experience as a Website Developer on multiple platforms and creating end-to-end websites with ease. ( /ECOM)
  • Hands-on experience with various servers and hosting platforms
  • Strong technical expertise with an ability to understand client requirements and implement them in deliverable time
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of Database and User Interface
  • Brownie Points for complete SEO understanding
