Role - Senior Technical Lead

Job Location - Kota,Rajasthan ( work from office role)

Skill sets :

1) Bachelor’s degree- B.Tech in Computer science. Preferably from Tier I institute.

2) Sufficient work Experience in tech development.

3) Knowledge of existing technologies used – PHP, SQL, website Management, App development knowledge, server configuration, MERN stack

4) Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

5) Well versed with algorithm, logic and structuring of Backend Database

6) Proven experience in leading a team of developers

Responsibility :

1) Handling the day to day operations of the IT Team that is essential for development of new products and maintenance of the current products.

2) Working on strategy on the development of new products/development to ensure they are in alignment of vision of company.

3) Complete ownership of all new developments

4) Ability to work on new developments that require complex problem solving skills

5) Provide assistance to other team members on managing certain in-house products such as CRM, Content Management system Online test series, Student report app, Test result processing software, attendance management software, scholarship exam management system, website.

6) Work on planning of new products with respect to assessment of the technologies required, team members required and coming up with reliable deadlines for completion of products.

7) Responsible for on-time completion of products according to the industry standards including basic features required.

8) Responsible for structuring digital strategy of the firm and ensuring latest technologies are used for creation of products.
