We are looking to hire candidates for the Sr. Tele Caller. The person should have a minimum of 1 yr of experience for this position.

Role and responsibilities:

Telecaller Responsibilities:
*

  • Calling the students & teachers and updating them of the product.
  • Solving queries of Teachers & Students.
  • Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others’ dispositions.
  • Studying the details of each product and remaining abreast of updates to these products.
  • Recording all inbound & outbound calls

Telecaller Requirements:

  • Graduate with 1-3 yr experience
  • Prior experience as a telecaller or similar in the field of counseling or Call Centre.
  • Superb verbal communication in Gujarati & Hindi.
  • Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
  • Computer literate.
