Freshworks is looking for a Senior Graphics Designer with conceptualizing and storytelling capabilities.

The role will report to the Director - Global Internal Communications.

Skills and Experience:
Strong design aesthetic, understanding of current design trends, layout, typography, color theory

Strong understanding of presentation design best practices plus business acumen

Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills, and presence to partner with senior executives

Ability to understand complex topics and translate them into a beautiful and engaging narrative

Well-practiced in visual hierarchy to simplify and communicate information and data effectively, as well as the creation of easy to understand charts, graphs and diagrams

A can-do, positive attitude to work collaboratively across functions

Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a timely manner

Ability to manage projects independently while working under tight deadlines to maintain schedules

Pixel-perfect awareness and superb attention to detail

4 -8 years of total work experience preferred with work samples (online portfolio)

Experience in a creative agency would be an added advantage

BA/BFA degree in Graphic / Visual Design or equivalent experience

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, Powerpoint, Google Slides with a working familiarity of motion design, sound, and video

Role and Responsibilities:
Responsible for conceptualizing, designing and creating communications campaigns for internal communications & social media

Responsible for designing, producing and updating presentations and executive keynotes for events and internal initiatives

In partnership with the Communications leader, execute effective, dynamic and thoughtful presentations efficiently to meet the C-suite’s needs and Freshworks’ brand style

Working within Freshworks’ design guidelines, create graphics and other creative assets for use in presentations and other mediums

Able to clearly articulate and present creative ideas/treatments to teams

Partner closely with speakers, stakeholders, writers and designers as needed to ensure presentation materials are easy to digest and on brand

Leverage best practices of presentation design to promote high-quality storytelling

Able to rethink and transform complex, busy designs into strategic and easy to understand layouts

Develop and promote design presentation templates to be utilized across the organization

Catalog key presentations for future use by internal stakeholders

Able to create high-quality work under tight deadlines

Must be willing to work in shifts
