Oliva Skin and Hair Clinic, the fastest growing chain of clinics, requires a talented SEO expert to lead the SEO team. The primary expectations of this person would include to manage the day-to-day aspects of organic SEO campaign, content marketing, building traffic and leads to our business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Do website audit and recommend a holistic architecture.
  • Lead the technical SEO and fix all issues of crawling and indexing. Collaborate with content team to prepare content calendar and manage the publishing targets.
  • Strategize the link building and gain more authoritative links. Maintain clean navigation and links structure.
  • Meet the quarterly and yearly SEO traffic targets.
  • Gain and maintain the SERPs for targeted keywords.
  • Stay informed about the Google updates and perform compliance audit.
  • Create weekly and monthly updates like SERP reports, traffic and leads analysis.
  • Suggest, test and scale all SEO experiments.
  • Strategize the conversion funnel and ensure content is built as per conversion goal. Increase the user experience on our website.
  • Review and analyze the website traffic to gain meaningful insights.
  • Perform competitors research and perform SWOT analysis for the brand.
  • Keep abreast of latest Google trends and updates in the field of SEO

Required Candidate profile:

  • Graduation: BSc/B. Tech/BE with computer science background with 6 to 10 years of experience in SEO.
  • Ability to grow traffic and leads on a consistent basis.
  • Multitasking and ability to deliver on a demanding job.
  • Better project management skills and ability to manage priorities.
  • Excellent data analysis and presentation skills.
  • Solid knowledge on Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, SEMRush / AHREFS and other SEO tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: Up to ₹1,400,000.00 per year
