Service Engineer (Customer Enginner/ Sr. Customer Engineer/ Team Lead- Service and Maintenance)

We Elevate... Your Responsibilities

The Customer Engineer will be responsible for repairs and maintenance of the installations in his route/territory with the help of the sub-contractors and generating revenue through sales of spare parts resulting in zero downtime, breakdowns, and customer callbacks.

Responsibility:

  • Execute the periodic maintenance of the installations in his/her route as per agreed timelines and considering the Schindler Safety and Quality standards.
  • Attend the callbacks as and when received and complete the loop by providing feedback.
  • Plans the jobs and provides supervision to the sub subcontractors workers for the timely completion of the service.
  • Propose the sale of spare parts as and when the situation demands.
  • Coordinate with the FSB for the requirement of spares and components.
  • Ensures high customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with Code of Conduct

Education:BE/ Diploma Engineer/ ITI Engineer

Exp:2 8 years of experience in service/ maintenance from a similar industry

Knowledge and Skills:Desired Organization and Planning skills, elevator and escalator industry knowledge in product, field experience, English Speaking, and Basic IT skills.
