Responsibilities

  • Attend the assigned calls as per BSI instruction. Confirm consumer availability before one hour of attending the service. Post the assigned calls status in the Whatsapp group along with required supporting images.
  • Attend the consumers/customers incoming phone calls within 3-5 rings.
  • Confirm the spares required for each case and ensure it have been issued by BSI. Update the loan book with required quantity and case numbers. Put the signature on the loan book and ensure that it is signed by BSI.
  • Refer Service Guidelines in order to provide impeccable service delivery to consumer.
  • Provide professional and appropriate product service to consumer in cost effective manner.
  • Fill up the Job sheet for every case with correct details. Put the signature on the job sheet and collect consumer signature on it. Submit the TechZone copy of Job sheet to BSI.
  • Fill up proper failure details and put exact remarks regarding the complaint and service done for complaint resolution.
  • Collect the complaint images / videos, Warranty card, invoice images from the customer and submit to BSI except for Hassle free verified cases.
  • Record the Product working video after service completion and submit to Link portal.
  • Ready to work in different locations as per superior’s instruction.
  • Tagging and MRL creation of replacement approved items.
  • Select the closing type as follows:
  • Service Only: Product’s complaint is resolved without using spares like software update, Settings adjust, cleaning product / spares, Fix loose contacts etc.

Qualifications

  • Home appliance service experience
  • LED tv service experience
  • Field service experience
  • 2 Wheeler license
